The table shows the TOEIC scores per sector and the level of proficiency in English language required by Major Industries worldwide.

TOEIC test scores can be used for:

1. HR Department – Training: to set the strategic objectives for Training programs, evaluate, control and measure employees progress and performance in language training courses.

2. HR Department – Recruitment and Promotion: to select and place the best candidate in the right position. Moreover, scores are useful to provide information about the candidate’s English language skills and competences toward professional tasks.
