Job analysis

RRHH Digital Is the process used to collect information about the tasks that make up a job. It refers to a detailed examination of the employee’s role and responsibilities, necessary skills, knowledge and work environment for a particular job. This analysis is the first step in a thorough understanding of the position and is needed to gather as much data as possible to put together a job description, which will later lead to a job specification.
