Laggards

RRHH Digital It refers to the minority group of population which is the last one to try or adopt new products, ideas, processes or services. This population consists largely of seniors and those with low socioeconomic status. In most cases a laggard is the opposite of a leader, they prefer routines over changes and use friends as information sources accepting new things only when forced to.
