Low Level of Management

RRHH Digital Also called supervisory level or First Line managers, consists of the office manager, department manager and crew leaders. Supervisors are responsible for the daily management, assigning daily tasks to subordinates, providing training to workers and building the company’s image and workers morale as they are in direct contact with clients. The lower level managers have limited authority but important responsibility of getting the work done from the workforce. They normally report and are directly responsible to the middle level management.
