RRHH Digital The Chief Financial Officer is the senior executive responsible for managing the company’s entire financial operations. The CFO is often seen as the second most important person in the company, after the CEO. In some cases, the CFO is also the treasurer or controller, whose main activities include planning and monitoring cash flow, overseeing the accounting and finance departments.
