RRHH Digital. La definición de Management en inglés es: Some dictionaries define management as the combined organisational techniques and administration of a company ; all in the context of the performance and running of an organisation.

In common usage, the idea of management seems to have several different interpretations which are often limited.

Some define management as the working of the top hierarchical authority of the company.( Manager with a capital M. )

Others mix the terms management and directors (in the sense of the team of directors and technical directors in a company)

A third category of people seem to consider that management involves the direction and guidance of the workforce and even the control of human relations.
