Workplace bullying

Unwelcome, persistent and offensive abuse of power which makes the recipient feel upset and humiliated. This conduct interferes with work performance and creates an intimidating environment to the employee, undermining their self-confidence and causing to suffer stress. This abusive behavior comes in many different forms including telephone, emails, religious and racial. Any of these may occur in the workplace and each form has an individual legal definition and consequences depending on its severity.
