Globalization & the Workplace

Globalization commonly refers to the international integration and exchange of worldviews, cultures, political ideas and economicactivities. The world is becoming more and more interconnected due to human activity and the advances in technology, telecommunications and transportation systems. This tendency has changed the way people consume, work and live.

In the 21st century more companies seem to embrace this trend and to become more diverse while changes are emerging.  As a new workplace breaks out, businesses develop strategies to learn how to adopt new policies and guidelines for workers to embrace diversity.
