The Recruitment Process

RRHH Digital. It refers to the process of finding new people to join a company or organization and take part in its activity. The aim of this process is to obtain qualified employees to help achieve the organization’s goals and objectives. Recruitment functions normally rely on the Human Resources department, although this may be different depending on the organizational structure of the company.

The whole process should likely include the following elements: identifying the vacancy and company needs, preparing a job description, establishing a selection process and defining sources of recruitment, making a short list of pre-candidates, interviewing and evaluating candidates, checking references, and finally selecting the candidate.
