RRHH Digital Employee: a person who is hired to work for another or for a business in return for financial compensation (payment: wages or salary).

Employment: the action of giving work to someone/the state of being employed and having paid work. There is normally a contract between the employer and the employee.

Employer:  a person, business, organization, firm, etc., that employs workers.
