Dress code
POR RRHH Digital, 00:02 - 30 de Enero del 2015

A dress code is a guide about what is appropriate to wear. In business it refers to a set of standards that organizations develop to indicate their employees the most suitable outfit according to their philosophy and principles.

When going on an interview, the first impression is the most important judgment an interviewer makes based on how the candidate is dressed. Depending on the organization, the dress code may vary from business formal to more casual, regardless of the organization it´s crucial to dress formally for a job interview; clothes should be neat, clean and ironed (Ladies formal and men always suit and tie). This will transmit respect and importance towards the interview situation itself. It’s important to find out in advance about the company dress code to guarantee the candidate arrives confident and confortable.
