Job Purpose:

·Being the first point of contact for any inquiries from employees related to Human Resources and act as a liaison between employees, managers, vendors, other HR teams to resolve issues and facilitate processing where needed

·Management of all life cycle changes for employees and contractors, which includes providing the relevant information to internal departments /​ teams, external vendors, payroll, etc.​ as well as confirming these changes to the employee

·Responsible for the on boarding of the new hires, which starts with the generation of the employment contract, enrollment into the relevant benefits, explanation of the benefits offered, policies in place, obtaining all information and distributing this to the relevant parties, etc.​

·Maintaining benefit plans including the participant documents and files, being the point of contact for the benefit vendor

·Provide input on all relevant changes to the payroll team on a monthly basis, answer and follow up on any of their queries and check the outcome where needed

·Creation and maintenance of employment records as well as maintenance of databases and tracking sheets with HR related information

·Produces routine and ad hoc reports

·Have a contribution to or lead projects within the wider HRSource team

Within our ideal candidate we are looking for the following skills and experience:

·Proven HR administration experience is essential (including aspects such as life cycle administration, contract generation, onboarding processing, benefits enrolment, etc.​), ideally within an international setting and /​ or in a large organisation.​ The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with in addition between 1 and 2 years of relevant experience.​ (If the candidate does not have a Bachelor’s degree they need to have more than 3 years’ of experience.​)

·Excellent knowledge of the English as well as Spanish language (both verbally as well as written) is essential, any other language is a plus.​

·Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office programs such as word, excel and outlook.​
