The HR Assistant will be the lead support for the HR team, and will report to the HR Business Partner.

Description :

Referring to the HR site, your missions are:

Administrative management of internal staff and interim:

Control agencies and implants, implant training
Tracking performance, absenteeism and discipline via dashboards
Entry and exit times in different files
Verification of contracts
Updated weekly reporting staff
Monitoring and updating of files management time
Monitoring and classification of forms of assessment
Changes in provisions, time sheets and billing
Monitoring of indicatorsQualifications: Graduate in Human Resources, you have + / – 4 years experience (or equivalent ) in HR management
Fluent English required.Autonomous, rigorous (be) organized and (e), you have initiative responsiveness and great discretion
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
