RRHH Digital. Multinational of FMCG leader in his sector is looking for a Training & Development Advisor because of the development of some areas into the HR department.
Department/ BU Description:
The position is based in Madrid at the Central office in Spain. The Training & Development Advisor will report to the HR Corporate and Other Iberia Manager.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a General HR person with main focus in Development & Training with experience in recruitment and HR general duties.
– To design the Training & Development annual plan aligned with the business objectives.
– To coordinate and collaborate in the implementation of the Training Plans.
– To coach the people and to monitor training sessions.
– To design the Induction Plan process and coordinate the implementation for all new members.
– To assess and follow up the training skills acquired and the development progress.
– To analyse the profitability of the training and development plan.
– To coordinate the implementation of National and International development Programmes.
– To develop and implement Talent/ Career Plan Programmes.
PROFILE OF SUITABLE CANDIDATE:
– A degree in HR or another Business degree specializing in HR.
– At least 5 years successful experience in Training & Development and General HR duties.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Good communication skills and influencing others.
– Experience in managing projects and programmes.
– Well organize / planning and drive for results person.
– Willing to travel mainly to Canarias and Portugal.
