• Candidate will be responsible for managing, designing and executing talent management projects for our customers.
• It will include assessment centre, development centre, interviews by competencies, coaching, etc.
• Any other human capital major area experience will be well received (compensation, organization, process, etc.)

Requisitos del puesto

• University Degree.
• Experience: 6-8 years as a consultant in well recognized HR consulting firms, as HR Business Partner or Development or Talent inside HR departments in very dynamic companies, preferably multinational.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Availability for travelling.
• Sales experience: preparing and presenting proposals, selling projects, etc. Interested in the business generation side of the consultancy work.
• Abilty to work with autonomy and report remotly.
