RRHH Digital. When going on an interview the employer may use various ways to assess you and your skills. Interviewers will assess your suitability for the role by giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities and personality. It’s important to be aware of the ways you might be assessed in order to prepare for each type of interview.

Competency Based: these interviews are designed to allow the candidate reflect his/her skills and experience in the main areas required for the position. The interviewer may ask the applicant to discuss information about his/her previous work and achievements by supporting the answers with clearexamples that demonstrate competences in abilities such as teamwork, communication, organizational skills, etc. The example should be structured in such way that the candidate can state: situation, tasks, actions and results.
